Our menus are designed in conjunction with our son, a chef  who trained in America and has worked in Michelin stared restaurants.

We aim to give you modern cuisine which reflects the area and respects the seasonal ingredients available locally.
Breakfast is continental with a hot dished offered each day and home baking is there waiting for you on your return from the slopes. Pre dinner canapes and Kir Royale are served each night

Main:- Roast Venison with Celeriac Puree wilted Spinach and Myrtille Jus
